The heaviest and most difficult part in whole snooker table moving process is a carefully moving and securing marble slab. It’s the most vulnerable part of a whole table. If carried inappropriately or without special  moving equipment  it can easily brake. Our removal truck always have vast range of protecting and lashing, securing equipment. Perfectly wrapped in furniture blankets and appropriately secured to the wall is guarantee of successful relocation.

Apart of 100% security of a marble slab itself we additionally attached the external rim so it will hold everything together giving us 200% of assurance.

The next step of removal will be the snooker table body itself. We have removed all loose inlets from the inside. Taped some of the mechanisms inside with masking tape which doesn’t leave traces of glue even when it’s taken off. Keeping them in original position might save a loads of hassle when it comes to reassembling stage.

We spread the protective blankets on the floor so that even sand trapped in the floor won’t scratch the paint work around. Carefully removed the legs and marked position of each leg where it belongs to.

Last step before wheeling t in to the truck is to secure it to the moving skate so it won’t slip off during the rolling. Our professional heavy duty lifting straps makes the move smooth and easy. As a result the straps helps us to keep total control of the table and moving skate at the same time. Especially when we encounter a steps or uneven surface on the way. Our 7.5 tonne removal truck is equipped with strong tail-lift. Tail-lift maximum lifting capacity is 1 tonne. It allows us to stay on the lift with the snooker table + moving trolley at the same time so we keep control all the time.

Therefore final step in snooker table removal is protect it from scratches, dents and uncontrollable moving during the vehicle driving. Professional, strong lashing straps and ratchets will protect it even during an emergency harsh braking. Obviously our truck driver will  drive slowly and carefully ( especially on speed bumps ) but you never know what might happen on the road so proper fastening of table is a key point in successful relocation
